Each month, we’ll request your bank statements, which can be securely shared via a private upload link or by granting us read-only bank access. We’ll also need accountant access to your QuickBooks Online account. Any additional financial documents can be submitted securely on an as-needed basis.

You’ll receive a clear set of financial reports—typically by the 10th of each month—so you always know where your business stands.

We do not provide tax preparation or tax advice. However, we work closely with your CPA and can prepare detailed reports, including sales tax tracking and documentation within QuickBooks, to support tax filings.
